The place is very easy to find from the highway. It's in a good location if you want visit some of the local breweries or go in to the town's of Mayville or Bemus Point. The camp ground itself is set up a bit oddly with seasonal mostly by the water but scattered throughout the Park. Most of the RV sites are away from the water and without a view of the lake. The gravel pads are very narrow with some having a significant slope to them which can require a lot of leveling blocks. The staff is very friendly and they do have some events scheduled. We were lucky enough to catch casino night which was a lot of fun. There is a large marina for parking your boat or jet ski, but there is no place to rent kayaks or SUPs. The camp store is 3 times larger than the KOA's across the lake and offers a lot of things RV related as well as Hershey's hard ice cream. Overall I would probably come back here.

We were just checking in to stay for the weekend of 8-23-17. We had a coupon for 30% off that we printed off their website . The manager, refused our coupon. He added restrictions that were not mentioned on the website and kicked us out, leaving us to find other last minute accommodation. Beware if you stay here, this was our 3rd season. Not very nice to loyal cutomers. The manager was very rude and hostile without reason. We ended up staying at KOA and it is wonderful. Larger wooded sites, quiet, clean and friendly and less expensive . So glad this happened or we would never have discovered KOA.

Pretty decent place. Much better for RV camping than tent camping. But will definitely do if you cannot find other accommodations. Friendly staff.

This place is the best!!! My kids talk about it on a daily basis even after it's been months. We will be going every year now for sure. Made some great memories. The pool is the best out of any campground we've been to. The staff is great. Prices were great. Hours to be in and out were awesome! I highly recommend it.

The park definitely caters to the more seasonal camper, not the transient. The full hook up sites are directly across from a "field" of boat trailers. The bathrooms are passable at best. We found the staff to be helpful if asked but they certainly didn't go out of their way to be overly friendly. The amenities are good and pool is nice. It was very convenient to have a boat launch on site. The ice cream is good too! I wouldn't book a weekend trip here again as the transient full hookup area isn't ideal but if staying for a season I can imagine one's experience to be better.
